TERMS & CONDITIONS
Punctuality and Courtesy
Arriving late may intefere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. There will be a maximum of 10 minutes grace for lateness. after this, the cancellation policy will apply.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment if it is your first appointment at the salon. I require this time for you to complete a personal consultation card, this document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only.
Cancellations
Please note at least 24 Hours notice is required for all cancellations, otherwise the total treatment price will be charged, if I am unable to re-sell the reserved treatment time. Cancellations should be made by contacting me on 07769883837.
Removal
Please ensure you do not arrive to an appointment with work done by any other therapist. I am not insured to alter or remove work that is not my own.
Loyalty Reward Card
Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your Loyalty Card must not be transferred to a third party. Please ensure you remember your cards as your treatment will not be recorded. Loyalty scheme, Loyalty Cards are only valid for 12 months from first treatment.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date.Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against Retail Products.
Price Alteration
I reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Smoking
Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in and around the Salon.
Data Security
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. I would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let me know.
Medical Conditions
Please inform me of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
Mobile Phones
In the interest of comfort and relaxation, please refrain from talking on a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.
Safety
In the event of unsuitable behaviour, I reserve the right to prematurely end the treatment and charge for the full treatment. In the event of a fire I will quickly and calmly help to get any clients to a safe area.
Children & Junior bookings
Please understand that I cannot accommodate children under 16 unless supervised by an adult. All clients under the age of 16 will require parental consent and presence at the treatment. Please note, young children are NOT permitted in the salon due to health & safety.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with a service please make me aware of it before you leave the salon. This will allow me to rectify any problems before you leave. Absolutely no cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
Patch Testing
Patch testing is required at least 48 hours prior to treatment for clients who have never had any tinting treatments. A patch test will be required every 6 months to ensure no allergies occur.
Personal Items
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as I cannot be held responsible for lost items.
